Call 911 in any emergency situation or if a student poses an immediate threat to self or others. If you are experiencing an urgent crisis, you may go to any Indian Health Services to be seen for a same-day emergency visit.

NTU Crisis Support Services

For Student in Crisis
There are times when a problem or crisis feels too overwhelming to wait for a scheduled appointment. If this is the case, please come to Counseling Services office located at the Crownpoint main campus Student Union Building (SUB) Seconded Floor, room 214 for crisis intervention anytime between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

When Counseling Services is closed, you may call or text (505) 726-3901 all calls are directed to an after-hours NTU Crisis Line. If you believe you are in need of immediate emotional support, if you are currently in a life threatening situation or your safety is at risk, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
