In-Store Services

• A range of apparel, supplies, and assistance with the NTU Online bookstore for textbooks.
• Specialized merchandise including culinary, baking, veterinary, nursing, and automotive shirts.
• Registered students have the option to charge purchases to their student accounts.
  Return Policy:
  • A receipt is required for all returns.
  • Textbooks must be in their original wrapping and condition; opened items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final and non-returnable.
  • Return dates are tentative, allowing returns within 15 days.

How to Order Textbooks
1. Log in with your SSO account.
2. View your personalized textbook list.
3. Choose your format: new, used, rental, or eBook.
4. Select delivery method: home or campus.
5. *Note: It is advisable to order early to secure the best prices and free delivery.*

• Availability of new, used, eBook, and rental options.
• Average savings of up to 60% when using Marketplace listings.
• Price matching available on new books.
• Free shipping on orders over $49 (excluding Marketplace items).
• Option to post and sell your textbooks on the Marketplace.
• Branded NTU merchandise is available in the Merch Shop .

Campus Pickup Option:

• Choose “NTU Bkstr, Student Union” at checkout when selecting a shipping address.
• Pickup at the Student Union Building, Room 141, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Present your student ID for pick up.
• If someone is collecting on your behalf, please email ntubookstore@navajotech.edu with their contact detail.

Faculty Portal

• Faculty can submit textbook adoptions via the portal by logging in and selecting their respective courses.
• The portal offers access to course history, pricing, and the ability to select books, ancillaries, notes, and course packs.
• There are improved communication and reporting tools for faculty use.
