Vendor Requirements:
Food Truck and Food Booth vendors are required to submit copies of their Food Handler’s Permits and Liability Insurance.

Complimentary activities and treats are mandatory for all participating Trunkers and Carnival Game Booths.
Arrival Time: Setup opens at 4:00 PM in the NTU Kirtland Campus parking area; setups must be fully ready by 5:00 PM
Contest Entry: Display your provided vehicle Entry Number prominently to participate in the People’s
Choice Voters Award
Campus Rules: As a family-friendly gathering, weapons, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on campus grounds
