Crownpoint, NM – On October 29, 2026, the Navajo Technical University (NTU) Student Services team, led by Malorie McKerry, in collaboration with the NTU Student Senate, hosted a Trunk or Treat event in the Wellness Center parking lot on the NTU main campus.

NTU departments, local organizations, businesses, and community groups were invited to participate by setting up decorated vehicles and distributing Halloween treats. The event was open to the public and welcomed a great turnout, with Halloween spirit and excitement filling the evening.

The festivities began at 5 PM and continued until 8 PM, bringing together families, children, and community members of all ages. Attendees showed off their creative costumes while enjoying an evening of Halloween fun and community engagement.

The Trunk or Treat event provided a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for local youth and families to celebrate Halloween. NTU extends its appreciation to all participating departments, organizations, volunteers, and community members who helped make the event a success.

From all of us at Navajo Technical University, we wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween!
