NTU would like to congratulate Veterinary Technician and Welding major Leomi Foster of St. Michaels, AZ for being crowned the 2019-2020 Miss Navajo Technical University. The competition took place yesterday at the NTU Wellness Canter.

Leomi is Tábaahá nilí Tóbaazhni'azhi yashchiin. She is the third Welding major to win the crown in the past three years following in the footsteps of Verna Casamero and Kuwanyauma Bahe! Congratulations, Leomi! And congratulations all contestants for having the courage to compete. Runner up was Early Childhood Multicultural Education major Nicole Brown of Sanders, AZ. First runner up was Legal Assistant major Briana Ayze of Many Farms, AZ.
