NTU would like to congratulate the NTU staff/faculty basketball team - the Spitting Llamas - for winning the Division of Public Health's 2018 Spirit Days Interdepartmental Basketball Tournament. The team beat IHS in overtime to get to the finals, where they then defeated the Crownpoint correctional staff for the title.

Last year, the team fell to Corrections in the championship game, but this year, the team bested them by over 15 points. The top scorer for the Spitting Llamas was new media instructor Aanor Louis, while the MVP went to Yolanda Begay from our financial aid department. Congratulations!
