Here are the results from our NTU Rodeo Team this past weekend at New Mexico State University College Rodeo on September 28 – 29, 2017.

  • Jay Becenti and Shawn Murphy Jr. placed 4th in Team Roping
  • Men Team placed 4th with points 176

Dreamstater Archery Results

Here are the results from our NTU Archery Team this past weekend at Dreamstater Event on September 30, 2017

  • Maverick Ruballos earned Overall Point Leader 1st place, 1st at 25 yards
  • Ethan Antone earned 3rd at 15 yards

Diné College Rodeo Results

Here are the results from our NTU Rodeo Team this past weekend at Dine College Rodeo September 15 – 16, 2017.

  • Jay Becenti and Shawn Murphy Jr. placed 5th with 9.6 Seconds in Team Roping 1st Round.
  • Julana Begay placed 6th with 3.2 Seconds in Breakaway 1st Round.
  • Men Team points 40 Women Team point 10

NTU Rodeo Team Traveling to Cochise College in Douglas, Arizona

Good luck to our NTU Rodeo Team this weekend. They will be traveling to Douglas, AZ to compete in Cochise College Rodeo September 22 - 23, 2017.

Maukenzi Moore and Chase Bebo are currently participating at the Second World Indigenous Nations Games in Edmonton, Canada from July 1st to July 10th. NTU Athletics would like to wish the both of them Good Luck!

Skyhawk Athletics

NTU teams have goals to place in their conference, regional, and national championships in a variety of sports. Winning teams have become a tradition at NTU in both men’s and women’s sports. Community support for intercollegiate athletics at NTU has been outstanding. The caliber of coaching, the quality of uniforms and equipment, the training and medical facilities, and the opportunity to play against good competition are superior.
