In recognition of National Poetry Month 2023, we want to celebrate the literary arts, encompassing poetry, fiction, nonfiction, new media, and more; recognize the multi-talented artists and scholars among us and share their work; and honor our community elders and storytellers. The Symposium event will be bilingual, English and Navajo. We invite local and regional writers, emerging writers, language arts, literature and English educators, Navajo language and culture teachers, students, and communities.
